We never text you first. You sign up by sending a text to +1 844-983-4155, for example to ask for a ride. Our first reply confirms you are signed up and tells you how to stop (STOP) or get help (HELP). Signing up is never a condition of any purchase or ride.

How often

Message frequency varies. It depends on how many rides you schedule and how many questions you send us.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for texts. Your mobile carrier's normal rates apply.

Stopping and getting help

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. We will send one confirmation and then no more messages unless you sign up again.
